CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROJECT FOR THE PUBLIC INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PIMS) IN JAMAICA

This project involved applying the tools and methodologies
of Change Management across the Ministries, Departments, Agencies and Public Bodies in the Jamaican Public Sector in order to prepare and reduce resistance to change to the newly introduced Public Investment Management System. The project involved extensive field research amongst stakeholders in order to determine the current situation and change readiness before deploying the relevant change management strategies.

FACILITATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF A DIGITAL TOOLKIT FOR CAPE® ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE

The objectives for this consultancy were: 1) to identify and select interactive learning resources from open educational resources (OERs) for the assigned specific objectives and concepts in the CAPE ES syllabus; 2) to create original interactive learning resources from OERs for the assigned, specific objectives and concepts in the CAPE ES syllabus; 3) to compile those resources into a gender-responsive digital toolkit for the CXC CAPE ES syllabus; and 4) to facilitate regional teacher training workshops.
