Ms. Phyllis Allbrook, M.Ed has years of experience as a teacher, an education consultant and a researcher in education and other fields.  She has worked on projects with A-Z Information over the last few years.  She is an excellent interviewer and researcher and provides support in matters relating to education, quality assurance in the research activities as well as coordination of Team activities.
